Corona Hacks Demo Day!

Hi There!

 

Please read the following email at length very carefully to prepare for the Corona Hacks Demo Day. 

 

As we gear up for Demo Day in a few hours, we want to remind you that we start promptly at 4:30 pm BST. You can join the Zoom call here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88230782686 

 

The event will also be live-streamed on the ReInvent Hacks Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/reinventhacks

 

When joining Zoom, please change your screen name to reflect your Project Name and Full Name in the following format: Project name - Full name. For example, "SolveCorona - John Jones". This will be the only way we will be able to identify your team to unmute you when it is your time to present. On the Zoom call, you will be muted until it is your time to present to the judges and audience. If this format isn't followed, you will be unable to present. 

 

Please be reminded that you will only have 6 minutes to present your pitch. In this time you should also be able to showcase a live demo of your solution. There will be a timekeeper present who will indicate when you have 1 minute left and indicate when your time is over when you will be instructed to stop presenting. The message will be sent privately to you while you are presenting. After which, you will 2 minutes for the question and answer segment from the judges. Please keep the chat function open at all times.
